These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuyLiveViewers ("BuyLiveViewers", "we", "us") — a trading name of AUDIBLAZE LTD, 2 Fenton Road, Bournemouth, England, BH6 5EY — and the live-viewer services offered through this website (the "Services"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

BuyLiveViewers provides stream-promotion services — real live viewers delivered to public channels on supported platforms such as Twitch and Kick, at the viewer count and for the duration you choose. Services are promotional in nature and are provided on a best-efforts basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By ordering you confirm that you own, or are authorised to promote, the channel or content you submit.

3. Account requirements

  • We only ever require your public channel name. We never ask for, and never need, your password, stream key or login credentials.
  • Your channel must be public and you must be live while an order is being delivered so viewers can reach your stream.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit. Orders delivered to an incorrect but valid channel cannot be reversed.

4. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged as a one-time payment per order — there is no subscription. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; BuyLiveViewers never stores your card details.

5. Delivery

Once your order is placed and you go live, viewers typically begin arriving within minutes and ramp up to your chosen count at a natural pace. They are then held stable for the full duration you selected. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with platform conditions.

6. Stability, refunds & guarantee

  • Stable delivery: your viewer count is held stable for the full duration of your order — if it drops below what you ordered mid-session, we top it back up at no charge.
  • Money-back: if we are unable to deliver an order, you are entitled to a full refund of that order.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please raise any issue within 60 days of your order. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to promote content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing, or to target channels you do not own or control. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". BuyLiveViewers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch, Kick or any streaming platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
