Every BuyLiveViewers order is backed by a money-back guarantee and a stable-delivery promise. This policy explains how both work and how to make a request.

1. Stable-delivery promise

Your live viewers are held stable for the full duration you ordered. If the count drops below what you paid for during your session, we top it back up automatically at no extra cost. There is nothing to claim — it runs on its own — but you are always welcome to contact support to flag a drop. You have 60 days from your order to raise any issue.

2. Money-back guarantee

If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund of that order. This applies when an order cannot start or cannot be completed for reasons on our side.

3. When refunds do not apply

• Orders that were delivered as described and held at or above the ordered viewer count for the full duration.
• Orders that could not be delivered because the channel was set to private, banned, renamed, never went live, or an incorrect (but valid) channel name was submitted.
• Issues raised more than 60 days after the order, which are outside the guarantee window.
