This Privacy Policy explains what BuyLiveViewers ("we", "us") collects when you use this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. BuyLiveViewers is the controller of your personal data.
1. What we collect
- Order details: the public channel name you submit, and the viewer count and duration you choose.
- Contact details: an email address, where you provide one, so we can send order updates and support replies.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded — we never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends (such as device and general location) used to keep the site secure and working.
We never ask for, collect, or store your Twitch or Kick password or stream key.
2. How we use it
- To deliver and support your orders.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To respond to your questions and improve the Services.
3. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run BuyLiveViewers — such as payment processors and hosting providers — and only as needed to deliver the Services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the Services, honour our money-back guarantee, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site functioning. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us via our contact page to make a request.
